Macrocephaly Following the Bi-directional Glenn Procedure

A 2-year-old boy was referred with progressive macrocephaly . The boy had a background of functional univentricular heart (hypoplastic right heart syndrome) and had a bi-directional Glenn (BDG) procedure at 4 months of age. He was developmentally appropriate and had no symptoms of raised intracranial pressure (headache, vomiting, somnolence, behavior change, or visual difficulties).
