ConclusionsMBGI, applied during pregnancy, contributes to a decrease in postpartum anxiety and depression, potentially by enhancing mindful attention and awareness. Feasibility outcomes illustrate that MBGI as an intervention for postpartum negative emotions is feasible and well accepted.
