A mouse model of food allergy permitting skin and nasal symptoms
CONCLUSIONS: This method may be useful for evaluating the symptoms of skin and rhinitis that could not be assessed in the conventional food allergy model and could be induced with a low dose of antigen. In particular, the developed method, which measures the number of itching and nasal symptoms, may enable quantitative, objective, and noninvasive evaluation of food allergy severity.PMID:37797366 | DOI:10.1016/j.advms.2023.09.012
