Psychometric properties and factor structure of the Vietnamese Copenhagen Burnout Inventory
CONCLUSION: The CBI-V showed good validity and reliability among hospital nurses. It can be a reliable tool to measure burnout among nurses in a low- and middle-income country in Vietnam during such a crisis as COVID-19. Future studies should examine the construct of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory in different occupation groups.PMID:37775980 | DOI:10.1002/1348-9585.12425
