Long-term outcome after surgical resection of non-high-risk gastrointestinal stromal tumours without adjuvant therapy

CONCLUSION: Patients with completely resected non-high-risk GISTs have an excellent long-term outcome, irrespective of risk group. Follow-up programmes to detect disease recurrences in these patients are probably not indicated.PMID:37758514 | DOI:10.1093/bjs/znad309
