Image-guided brachytherapy (IGBT) with MRI for locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) has significantly improved our ability to define gross tumor and adapt radiation treatment accordingly. High local control and low toxicity with MRI-IGBT for brachytherapy (BT) have been demonstrated in recent series. Dose-effect relationships for the volume (in cc) of residual gross tumor (GTV) at the time of brachytherapy is prognostic for clinical outcomes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the percentage change in tumor volume at the time of IGBT and the dose-response relationship.
