We report our initial experience with the Getinge Pilot System, initially designed for neurosurgery, after it was modified to be used in a brachytherapy suite. The objective was to develop a workflow integrating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and standard Computed Tomography (CT) for each GYN brachytherapy fraction without compromising patient access and minimizing motion.
