Is Benzathine Penicillin the Treatment of Choice in Neurosyphilis?

We read the case report by Yousefian et al1 with great interest. Their case was a 20-year-old man who was diagnosed with granulomatous secondary syphilis. We think that there is a questionable point in this article.
