Mildly elevated INR is associated with worse outcomes following mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke

Conclusion
In patients with stroke treated with MT, mildly elevated INR is associated with worse clinical outcomes after recanalization and may worsen the mortality risk of hemorrhagic transformations.
