Improvement of objective ocular redness measured with Keratograph 5M in glaucoma patients after instilling brimonidine drops

CONCLUSION: A significant reduction of conjunctival hyperemia was objectively found in glaucoma patients under topical hypotensive treatment before and after brimonidine instillation.
