Acid reflux drugs taken by millions of Americans and Brits may raise the risk of DEMENTIA by up to a third, study suggests
Researchers from the University of Minnesota looked at drugs called proton pump inhibitors, or PPIs, which are taken for acid reflux and heartburn. They found a 33% higher risk of dementia.
