Integrated proteomics and genomics analysis of paradoxical eczema in psoriasis patients treated with biologics

The serum proteome of paradoxical eczema, an adverse event to biologic therapies, trends towards atopic dermatitis. This signature is detectable before onset of the phenotype and may be genetically mediated.
