Conclusion: mCRPC patients with no prior taxanes had significantly better outcomes after [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-RLT than did taxane-treated patients. Further trials evaluating [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-RLT in the taxane-naïve setting are now required.
