Flavonoids from the Whole Herb of Astragalus rigidulus

A new flavonoid derivative, namely astriginoside A (1), was isolated from the whole plant ofAstragalus rigidulus Bunge, together with 19 known ones (2 –20). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR, UV, IR, and HR-ESI-MS, and comparison of the spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature.
