Aggressive fibromatosis misdiagnosed as jejunal diverticulum inflammation
A 49-year-old woman incidentally presented with a 10-day abdominal pain and found a palpable mass in the left abdomen. Endoscopy revealed a diverticulum near the flexural ligament with a blood clot (Fig. 1A and B). Enhanced CT of the abdomen showed a thick-walled pouch-like soft tissue mass (size 4.9 cm × 4.4 cm × 5.8 cm) with inhomogeneous enhancement at the duodenal and jejunal migrations, and a linear enhancement shadow in the center (Fig. 1C and D). CT volume rendering (VR) technique revealed the location and contour of the lesion (Fig. 1E and Video 1).
