ConclusionIntraoperative hypotension is common in community anesthesia practice, including among patients and settings typically considered “low risk.” Variation in incidence across clinicians remains after risk-adjustment, suggesting that IOH is a modifiable risk worth pursuing in quality improvement initiatives.
