Rash, Facial Droop, and Multifocal Intracranial Stenosis Due to Varicella Zoster Virus Vasculitis

Conclusions: Before considering bypass surgery or other invasive neurosurgical procedures, ensure reversible causes of vasculopathy have been ruled out.
