News and Research A paper from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and HiLabs found inconsistencies for 81% of physicians examined across 5 large national health insurers. A survey from the Health Management Academy and Outbound AI reported that almost half (48%) of health systems are using AI technology for workforce management, and 85% expect to see a moderate to significant increase in the use of such tools in the next one to three years.
