78. Beavertail Modification of the Radial Forearm Free Flap in Primary Parotidectomy Reconstruction: Technique and Outcomes

We describe a new indication for its use for total parotidectomy defects to address the increase risk of Frey’s syndrome, sialocele and associ ated significant contour deformity.
