Gualou Guizhi Decoction Improves Glucose Metabolism and Alleviates Microglia-Associated Inflammation after Cerebral Ischemia

CONCLUSION: GL enhanced the uptake and utilization of glucose in neural cells after CI/R. It exerted significant anti-inflammatory effects by regulating the polarization of microglia.
