After the diagnosis of DLBCL, R‑CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone) was started in the second trimester. Postpartum intr athecal methotrexate prophylaxis and adjuvant radiotherapy were applied and a complete response was obtained.
