ConclusionsIndividualized BCRL education via a multi-modal approach, repeated at multiple time points, and assessment of survivors ’ knowledge acquisition is recommended. Consideration of the survivors’ phase of treatment, content volume, and time required to complete the program is advised when developing the educational intervention.Implications for Cancer SurvivorsSurvivors of BC may need to advocate for BCRL education based on their individual risk and needs, request a point of contact for questions/follow up, and express their preferred style of learning.
