Hemorrhagic Disease of the Newborn: A Case Series Illustrating Preventable Harm
We present three cases of vitamin K-dependent bleeding following parental refusal of postnatal prophylaxis. Two patients experienced intracranial hemorrhage with resultant neurological devastation and mortality, respectively.
