High-on-Aspirin Platelet Reactivity Differs Between Recurrent Ischemic Stroke Associated With Extracranial and Intracranial Atherosclerosis

CONCLUSIONS: Recurrent stroke due to ECAS was more strongly associated with HAPR and insufficient antiplatelet inhibition than was that due to ICAS.
