Rescue Extracranial –Intracranial Bypass for Ischemic Stroke Secondary to Progressive Human Immunodeficiency Virus–Associated Vasculopathy

Conclusion This is the first case of STA-MCA bypass performed in a patient with recurrent ischemic stroke caused by HIV-associated vasculopathy.
