Level and relationships of life satisfaction with cognitive flexibility and resilience in IT professionals

Conclusions: Among Indian IT professionals, cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction are low and influenced by family. Life satisfaction is proportionately linked to cognitive flexibility and resilience.
