Generalized Eruptive Histiocytoma With S100 Protein–Positive Histiocytes and Prominent Eosinophilic Infiltration: A Rare Case Report
We presented this rare case of GEH with such distinctive features to strengthen the awareness of this uncommon form of non-LCH. Classical histopathological and immunological features cannot reliably distinguish GEH from other non-LCH.
