Impact of a 1-Year Pediatric Emergency Medicine Training Program for International Medical Graduates
Conclusions
Many participants attained leadership positions in PEM in countries outside of North America and/or participated in training program development. There was no significant change in the proportion of participants living in North America at the time of application compared with the time of survey completion.
