I’m often asked where I believe digital technology can make the biggest impact in healthcare. My answer? Women’s health. Today, women spend around a quarter of their lives in poor health or disability, compared with one fifth for men. In a health system that has historically been geared towards men, a gender health gap persists where you are more likely to receive poorer medical advice and diagnosis if you are a woman.

Intramyocardial hemorrhage, edema, and necrosis of myocardial muscle cells are characteristics of cardiac contusion. The Yarrow Pug, Eupithecia millefoliata
In my effort to add some “wild” patches to our garden, I’ve got a lot of yarrow growing this year. A Yarrow Pug, Eupithecia millefoliata, turned up in the garden last night. This moth brings the new for me total for 2022 to 38 so far. I’ve logged 280 species of moth in the garden this year; not including the butterflies.
