is there a chance for me to study a specialty program (endodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics,...) in the USA without completing NBDE exams?
I heard in the state of minnesota are allowed?
what are my chances to be accepted?

Hi there! I am a Taiwanese student, getting ready to start at a brand new, 6-year undergraduate MD program here in Taiwan.
I have a few questions regarding being in a charter class, and since I don’t know anyone in Taiwan who was part of one, I’m asking them here.
Some background information that may or may not matter:
Everyone in my program is on a full-ride scholarship from the government, and will have to practice in an underserved area for 6 years after residency/fellowship...
