Surgical salvage of recurrent vestibular schwannoma following prior stereotactic radiosurgery
ConclusionMicrosurgical salvage of VS following primary radiation therapy is challenging. Less‐than‐complete resection is required in a greater percentage of patients to preserve facial nerve integrity and prevent neurological complications.
