Medical Data Acquisition and Internet of Things Technology-Based Cerebral Stroke Disease Prevention and Rehabilitation Nursing Mobile Medical Management System
In this study, on the basis of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, the signals collected by the sensor were filtered by the optimized median filtering algorithm, and a rehabilitation nursing evaluation model was established based on the backpropagation (BP) neural network. The performance of the medical management system was verified in 32 rehabilitation patients with hemiplegia after stroke and 6 healthy medical staff in the rehabilitation medical center of the hospital. The results showed that the mean square error (MSE) and peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) of the median filtering algorithm after optimizat...

Artificial Intelligence Limb Rehabilitation System on Account of Virtual Reality Technology on Long-Term Health Management of Stroke Patients in the Context of the Internet
This study was aimed at discussing artificial intelligence (AI) limb rehabilitation system on account of virtual reality (VR) on long-term health management of stroke patients. In the study, AI limb rehabilitation system on account of VR technology was compared with traditional drug therapy, and effects of the two therapies on long-term health management of stroke patients were compared. Fifty patients with stroke in the hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 25 patients in each group. Patients in experimental group were treated with AI limb rehabilitation system on account of VR tech...

Modeling of post-stroke stimulation of cortical tissue.
Abstract Following a stroke, cortical networks in the penumbra area become fragmented and partly deactivated. We develop a model to study the propagation of waves of electric potential in the cortical tissue with integro-differential equations arising in neural field models. The wave speed is characterized by the tissue excitability and connectivity determined through parameters of the model. Post-stroke tissue damage in the penumbra area creates a hypoconnectivity and decreases the speed of wave propagation. It is proposed that external stimulation could restore the wave speed in the penumbra area under certain c...

Deep Learning-Based Acute Ischemic Stroke Lesion Segmentation Method on Multimodal MR Images Using a Few Fully Labeled Subjects.
Authors: Zhao B, Liu Z, Liu G, Cao C, Jin S, Wu H, Ding S Abstract Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) has been a common threat to human health and may lead to severe outcomes without proper and prompt treatment. To precisely diagnose AIS, it is of paramount importance to quantitatively evaluate the AIS lesions. By adopting a convolutional neural network (CNN), many automatic methods for ischemic stroke lesion segmentation on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have been proposed. However, most CNN-based methods should be trained on a large amount of fully labeled subjects, and the label annotation is a labor-intensive and ti...
