Prevalence and trends of adult overweight and obesity in Nigeria & #8212; A systematic review and meta-analysis
Conclusion: The prevalence of obesity and overweight in Nigeria is high with a rising trend over the years. A Nigerian national health survey of non-communicable diseases especially the burden of overweight/obesity is recommended to through more light on the subject. There is need for concerted effort to tame the tide of rising obesity rates in Nigeria.

Prevalence of atrial fibrillation in a regional Victoria setting, findings from the crossroads studies (2001-2003 and  2016-2018)
CONCLUSION: The prevalence of AF among community-based participants in regional Victoria was similar to predominantly metropolitan-based studies, and was unchanged over time despite increased rates of risk factors. CONCLUSION: With a reasonable follow-up rate, it was possible to transform a cross-sectional study into a prospective cohort study.
