On-pump beating heart versus conventional coronary artery bypass grafting: comparative study on early and long-term clinical outcomes.
Conclusions: The OPB strategy may be as safe and effective as the conventional strategy during CABG among patients with similar risk profiles. Triglyceride glucose index for predicting cardiovascular outcomes in patients with coronary artery disease.

Early surgical myocardial revascularization in non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.

Association of early elevated cardiac troponin I concentration and longitudinal change after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and adverse events: a prospective cohort study.
Conclusions: Longitudinal change in cTnI levels within 24 hours and early cTnI concentrations, even less than 1 hour after CABG, are associated with adverse events. These data will be useful in identifying patients at an increased risk of complications. PMID: 33282356 [PubMed]
