Responses of immune organs following cerebral ischemic stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: The present results demonstrated that stroke is a systemic disease, which not only affects the brain, but also induces responses of immune organs. Neutrophil Recruitment in Arterial Thrombus and Characteristics of Stroke Patients with Neutrophil-Rich Thrombus
CONCLUSION: Neutrophils were recruited and increased in arterial thrombosis in a time-dependent manner; however, they were not associated with the growth of formed thrombi.
