NEW YORK — U.S. cigarette smoking dropped to another all-time low last year, with 1 in 9 adults saying they were current smokers, according to government survey data released Thursday. Smoking Rates Are Down, But A Different Type Of Tobacco Use Is On The Rise
First, the good news: Smoking rates are down significantly in 26 states. The bad news?
