To the Editor I read with interest the article by Tsivgoulis et al inJAMA Neurology on cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) and the risk for symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) after intravenous thrombolysis for acute stroke, as well as the accompanying Editorial by Fisher.
