Avellis syndrome with ipsilateral prosopalgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, and central post-stroke pain: A case report and literature review
We reported a case of Avellis syndrome who manifested as the typical reported manifestations. The patient, what’s more, presented with ipsilateral trigeminal, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, and central poststroke pain which were described for the first time. It is of great significance for clinicians to recognize the typical as well as other manifestations which helps to make a clear diagnosis.

Correlation among high salt intake, blood pressure variability, and target organ damage in patients with essential hypertension: Study protocol clinical trial (SPIRIT compliant)
This study is a cross-sectional study. It will recruit 600 patients with essential hypertension in the outpatient and inpatient department of cardiovascular medicine of Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital. This study aims to investigate urban-rural differences in characteristics and risk factors of ischemic stroke in northern China. The present cross-sectional study was based on the High-risk Population Screening and Intervention Project for Stroke. The long-term effects of hyaluronic acid on hemiplegic shoulder pain and injury in stroke patients: A randomized controlled study
Conclusion: Subacromial HA injections might provide longer HSP reduction and decrease in hyperemia reactions at the long head of biceps tendon and subscapularis tendon in stroke patients with HSP and tendon injury.
