We report a case of DLGG detected by computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Patient concerns: A 58-year-old man suddenly phantom smells for half an hour and was previously healthy. Efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase for treating acute ischemic stroke at different time windows: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis
Conclusions: This study will provide an evidence-based basis for the clinical efficacy of alteplase for treating AIS by thrombolytic therapy at different time windows. Ethics and dissemination: Private information from individuals will not be published. This systematic review also does not involve endangering participant rights. Ethical approval was not required. Early changes in fibrinogen after administration of alteplase are associated with the short-term efficacy of thrombolysis
The authors aimed to determine whether early changes in fibrinogen were associated with the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis at 24 hours after alteplase infusion. The authors retrospectively reviewed a consecutive series of 56 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with alteplase in the clinical database.
