Discussion:
A history of HDP is associated with approximately 2- to 4-fold increase in the risk of CVDs. Screening for CVDs and their risk factors in women with prior HDP since delivery, especially the first 5 years after delivery is suggested for early detection and appropriate management. Evidence on the risks of CVDs in preeclampsia with severe features and early onset of preeclampsia is limited due to having few studies and high heterogeneity.

The clinical and neuroradiological features of patients of coexisting atraumatic convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage and large artery atherosclerosis stroke: A retrospective observational study
Atraumatic convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage (c-SAH) concomitant with large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) stroke has been rarely discussed in the literature. Our aim in this study is to characterize the clinical and neuroradiological features of patients with LAA stroke and c-SAH.
A retrospective study from a single institution was performed between January 2016 and June 2020. Only patients diagnosed with c-SAH and LAA stoke were included in this study. The clinical presentation and neuroimaging finding were summarized by our experienced neurologists.

Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome with basilar artery stenosis: A case report
Conclusions:
A headache in young patients with risk factors of atherosclerosis, such as smoking history, uncontrolled hypertension, and dyslipidemia may be caused by reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome or ischemic stroke, which has fatal neurological complications. Therefore, reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome or ischemic stroke should be suspected and appropriately evaluated in such patients, even if the headache is not the thunderclap type.

Basilar dolichoectasia with intermural hematoma accompanied by cerebral microbleeds and white matter hyperintensities: A case report
Rationale:
The clinical manifestations of basilar dolichoectasia (BD) are variable. The diagnosis is based on imaging measurements. Digital subtraction angiography displays only the dilated vascular lumen and lacks visualization of the arterial wall. High-resolution Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can identify intramural hematoma; therefore, it may be more suitable for the imaging evaluation of BD. Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) in a patient with moyamoya disease: A case report
Conclusion:
This report suggests that patients with MMD may be susceptible to PRES. It highlights the importance of considering PRES as a differential diagnosis while providing care to MMD patients with concurrent acute neurological symptoms and a prompt intervention contributes to a favorable clinical prognosis.

Estimation of stroke severity with National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale grading and retinal features: A cross-sectional study
To estimate National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) grading of stroke patients with retinal characteristics.
A cross-sectional study was conducted in Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Baseline information and retinal photos were collected within 2 weeks of admission. An NIHSS score was measured for each patient by trained doctors. Patients were classified into 0 to 4 score group and 5 to 42 score group for analysis. Risk prediction nomogram for major morbidity related to primary resection for esophageal squamous cancer
Conclusion:
Morbidity models and nomograms incorporating clinical and surgical data can be used to predict operative risk for esophagectomy and provide appropriate resources for the postoperative management of high-risk patients.

The relation between antihypertensive treatment and progression of cerebral small vessel disease: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials
Conclusions:
Antihypertensive treatment is beneficial for cerebral small vessel disease on white matter hyperintensities progression, but no impact on brain atrophy. And lower SBP level is more effective on the progression of WMH. There is not enough evidence to prove the relationship between antihypertensive treatment and lacunar stroke, microbleeds.

Clinical characteristics, triggering etiologies, and response of plasmapheresis in thrombotic microangiopathy in Taiwan
This study indicated the spectrum of underlying causes, extra-renal characteristics, and the response to plasmapheresis of patients with TMA in Taiwan. Of note, the poor clinical outcomes of plasmapheresis in patients with TMA might highlight the masked underlying etiology or worse disease condition that should be noticed.

Pathogeny of cerebral venous thrombosis in SARS-Cov-2 infection: Case reports
We describe 2 cases of women admitted during the spring of 2020 for intracranial hypertension signs, in stroke units in Great-east, a French area particularly affected by COVID-19 pandemia.
