ConclusionsAortic valve sparing appears to be safe, and associated with reduced late mortality, thromboembolism/stroke and bleeding compared with composite valve grafting. Direct Cannulation in Minimally Invasive Cardiac surgery with limited resources
ConclusionsIn our experience, this approach is a reliable platform for a variety of MICS procedures and has resulted in low complication rates. The technique can be applied safely to both paediatric and adult population. Also, it is very cost effective as regular instruments and cannulas are used.

Antithrombotic Strategies after Bioprosthetic Aortic Valve Replacement: A Systematic Review
ConclusionsTreatment with warfarin or aspirin both lead to similar outcomes after surgical bAVR. Combining aspirin with warfarin may lead to a small decrease in thromboembolism and mortality but is accompanied by increased bleeding. For TAVR patients, aspirin is equivalent to DAPT for reducing thromboembolism and mortality, with a possible decrease in bleeding.

Mechanical Versus Bioprosthetic Aortic Valve Replacement in Patients Aged 50 Years and Younger
ConclusionsThe increased risk of reoperation for bAVR and major bleeding incidents for mAVR was not reflected in midterm and long-term survival differences between the two groups. Florida Sleeve Procedure Is Durable and Improves Aortic Valve Function in Marfan Syndrome Patients
Conclusions The FS procedure can be performed safely in Marfan syndrome patients with immediate improvement in aortic valve function. Long-term survival and freedom from reoperation rates are encouraging.
