Antithrombotic Strategies after Bioprosthetic Aortic Valve Replacement: A Systematic Review

ConclusionsTreatment with warfarin or aspirin both lead to similar outcomes after surgical bAVR. For TAVR patients, aspirin is equivalent to DAPT for reducing thromboembolism and mortality, with a possible decrease in bleeding.
