Ischemic stroke in cancer patients treated with direct oral anticoagulants for venous thromboembolism
Direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) are at least as efficacious as conventional anticoagulation therapy for the initial and long-term treatment of cancer patients with venous thromboembolism (VTE).
