ConclusionThe Neurohawk retriever is non-inferior to the Solitaire FR in the mechanical thrombectomy of large vessel occlusion-acute ischemic stroke (LVO-AIS). Predictors and long-term outcome of intracranial hemorrhage after thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke —A prospective single-center study
DiscussionOlder age, higher NIHSS, large vessel occlusion, and intra-arterial thrombolysis may correlate with ICH. The unfavorable outcome is more common in patients with ICH. Precise scoring of post-thrombolysis bleeding might be a useful tool in the evaluation of the patient's prognosis. Our findings may help to identify predictors and estimate the prognosis of ICH in patients with AIS treated with rt-PA.

Associations between computed tomography markers of cerebral small vessel disease and hemorrhagic transformation after intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke patients
ConclusionIn patients with acute ischemic stroke, severe leukoaraiosis, brain atrophy and total CSVD burden may be risk factors for HT after IVT. These findings may help improve efforts to mitigate or even prevent HT in vulnerable patients.

ConclusionReduced blood CD4+ T-cell counts among patients who had severe hemorrhagic stroke increased the risk of early infection. CSF IL-6 and IL-8 may be involved in inducing the migration of CD4+ T cells into the CSF and decreasing blood CD4+ T-cell levels.

Neuroform EZ Stenting for Symptomatic Intracranial Artery Stenosis: 30 Days Outcomes in a High-Volume Stroke Center
Conclusions The combined use of Neuroform EZ stent placement and the modified techniques for symptomatic severe ICAS is technically feasible and safe, with very low peri-procedural complications. Further studies are required to assess the long-term results of this approach.

Collateral Vessels on 4D CTA as a Predictor of Hemorrhage Transformation After Endovascular Treatments in Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke: A Single-Center Study
Conclusions: Patients with poor collateral circulation are at a higher risk of HT after receiving endovascular therapy. Thus, variations in collateral circulation based on 4D CTA may be an important factor for personalized clinical treatments. In addition, high blood glucose, atrial fibrillation and the baseline NIHSS score are all important independent predictors of HT.
