CONCLUSION: Our results suggest additive effects of microvascular and macrovascular disease upon white matter CVR, but with greater overall effects relating to macrovascular SOD than to apparent microangiopathy. Psychological stress is associated with arterial inflammation in people living with treated HIV infection
In conclusion, psychological stress was associated with systemic and carotid arterial inflammation in this group of PLWH with treated infection. A causal relationship between irritability and cardiovascular diseases: a Mendelian randomization study
CONCLUSION: Our findings support the first genetic evidence of the causality of genetically predicted irritability with the risk of developing into CVDs.
