Targeted inhibition of Notch1 gene enhances the killing effects of paclitaxel on triple negative breast cancer cells
Conclusions Targeted inhibition of Notch1 gene may enhance the killing effects of paclitaxel on triple negative breast cancer cells by up-regulating the expression of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 and inhibiting the expression of Bcl-2.

Inhibition of long non-coding RNA TUG1 on gastric cancer cell transference and invasion through regulating and controlling the expression of miR-144/c-Met axis
Conclusions lncRNA-TUG1 shows an up-regulated expression in GC tissue and that bears a correlation with clinicopathological features of malignant tumor. lncRNA-TUG1 can promote the transferring and invading capacity of GC by inhibiting the pathway of microRNA-144/c-Met.

Mechanism of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in enhanced malignant phenotype of non-small cell lung cancer induced by anti-angiogenesis therapy
Conclusions siRNA can significantly inhibit the expression of VEGF. For the anti-angiogenesis therapy, the inhibited expression of VEGF can activate the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to cause the epithelial mesenchymal transition and then the enhanced malignant phenotype of non-small cell lung cancer.

Expression of MAPK1 in cervical cancer and effect of MAPK1 gene silencing on epithelial-mesenchymal transition, invasion and metastasis
Conclusions Because of the high expression of MAPK1 in the cervical cancer tissue, the interference in the expression of MAPK1 can significantly inhibit the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer HeLa cells, which is related to the interference in the expression of MMPs/TIMP and Snail-mediated generation of EMT.

HSP90 and SIRT3 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and their effect on invasive capability of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells
Conclusions Carcinoma HepG2 cell transfected high expression of HSP can promote the transformation of EMT, improve the expression of Vimentin, reduce the expression of E-cadherin, and inhibit apoptosis of cancer stem cells, which improve the invasive ability of cancer of the liver cells. While hsp-siRNA group presents opposite results. In summary, the expression of HSP is closely related to the occurrence, development and invasion of cancer of the liver tissue.

Effects of gene silencing of CypB on gastric cancer cells
Conclusions Gene silencing of CypB decreases gastric cancer cells proliferation and in vivo tumorigenesis. These findings indiccate CypB could be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for gastric cancer.
