The pain attitudes and beliefs scale for physiotherapists: development and psychometric assessment of the Spanish version among physiotherapy students
CONCLUSION: The Spanish version of the instrument PABS-PT-SP covers two factors. Characterization of Eosinophilic Esophagitis in White Hispanic Children and Young Adults in South Florida
Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) is a Th-2 mediated chronic disease of eosinophil infiltration of the esophageal mucosa, with a wide range of symptoms from mild GI pain to severe dysphagia and food impaction. EoE is increasing in developed countries throughout the world in varying populations.1 Prevalence studies of EoE among Hispanic/Latino populations from US and Spain/Latin America have shown conflicting results, with a wide range from 8.7 to 111.9 cases/100,000 people, respectively, with a median of 53.4/100,000.
