Doxycycline Improves Quality of Life and Anosmia in Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyposis: A Randomized Controlled Trial
CONCLUSION: Doxycycline improves the quality of life in patients with CRSwNP. It also has temporarily beneficial effects in improving the sense of smell. The levels of eosinophil in the blood and nasal secretions do not affect the response to treatment. Development, Validation and Comparison of Artificial Neural Network and Logistic Regression Models Predicting Eosinophilic Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps
CONCLUSIONS: Machine learning models assist clinicians in predicting endotypes of nasal polyps before invasive detection. The ANN model has the potential to predict eCRSwNP with high sensitivity and specificity, and is superior to the LR model.
