Analysis of Gender and Race in Pharmacy Faculty and Administrators
CONCLUSION: Despite attention to matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion, female and racially minoritized faculty continue to experience lower rates of promotion, leadership advancement, and wages compared to White men. CONCLUSION: Overall, awareness and knowledge were poor among IMHS for dose adjustments of rheumatology and allergy/immunology medications in patients with CKD.
