Outcomes of Complex Endovascular Treatment of Post-Dissection Aneurysms
CONCLUSION: Complex endovascular repair of chronic post-dissection aneurysms is feasible, but is associated with high rates of re-interventions and non-trivial rates of lack of technical success. More data are needed to evaluate the long term durability of these procedures, and the utility of centralising these complex procedures.PMID:37087065 | DOI:10.1016/j.ejvs.2023.04.013

Long-term outcomes of thoracic endovascular repair with quick fenestrater assisted in situ fenestration for type B aortic dissection
CONCLUSIONS: TEVAR with QF-assisted ISF may be an effective treatment for ISF in type B aortic dissection.PMID:37032595 | DOI:10.1177/17085381221140168

Carbon Dioxide Stent Flushing To Prevent Cerebral Air Microembolism During Carotid Artery Stenting: Protocol for a Randomised Study.
Objective: Carotid artery stenting (CAS) has been shown to protect patients from future stroke with long term efficacy comparable with that of carotid endarterectomy (CEA). However, differences in outcome following CAS and CEA still exist, consisting primarily of a higher rate of neurological events occurring in the peri-procedural period after CAS, caused by embolisation from aortic arch manipulation, plaque debris, and probably air embolism, the latter reported in literature after thoracic endovascular aortic repair, due to air trap in the thoracic endograft flushed only by saline solution.

Custom-Made Candy-Plug for Distal False Lumen Occlusion in Aortic Dissection: International Experience
CONCLUSION: This international CP technique experience confirmed its feasibility and low mortality and morbidity. Aortic remodelling and false lumen thrombosis rates were high and support the concept of distal FL occlusion in AD using the CP technique.PMID:36958480 | DOI:10.1016/j.ejvs.2023.03.020

Meta-analysis and meta-regression of the total endovascular aortic repair in aortic arch
Conclusions: The present meta-analysis could demonstrate good short- and long-term outcomes of the multiple total endovascular repair methods used in the aortic arch.PMID:36891664 | DOI:10.1024/0301-1526/a001061
